Is gelatin safe for dogs and cats?
Gelatin is an approved ingredient on the Association of American Feed Control Officials list. Not only is gelatin a perfectly safe ingredient for dogs and cats, it's unique texture also provides your pet with a new stimulation and learning experience!
Is Jola suitable for dogs with pancreatitis or chronic kidney disease?
A Solution for Sensitive Pets
Many pets are excluded from enjoying treats due to health issues. Jola jelly is specifically formulated to be a safe and delicious option for them.
Pets with Pancreatitis & Weight Issues: Its low-fat, low-calorie, and sugar-free formula makes it one of the few truly "guilt-free" treats available.
My puppy is 3 months old. Can I feed him Jola?
Seniors & Puppies/Kittens:
The soft, gentle texture is perfect for pets with sensitive teeth, dental issues, or those who are too young for hard, crunchy snacks.
We recommend Jola for any puppy older than 3 months.
How much can I feed my dog?
The amount is dependent on your dog's weight.
To align with proper nutritional guidelines, we recommend not exceeding 1 piece per 1kg of body weight per day.
My dog is allergic to meat / dairy. What allergens does Jola contain?
For dogs allergic to chicken, any flavor is fine as none of our formulas contain chicken.
For dogs with a dairy allergy, we recommend Strawberry Blend as this formula does not contain any milk.
However, for dogs allergic to beef, we advise you to try a small piece first as one of our main ingredients is bovine gelatin. Depending on which protein your dog is allergic to, the bovine gelatin may cause an allergic reaction.
